Workplace safety is our #1 priority and a philosophy we expect all workers to follow. Fully compliant with all OSHA, state and local safety regulations, SAMPAUL Contracting takes the safety of our workers even further by requiring all workers to undergo regular Safety Orientation & Training Programs designed to encourage self-motivated safety practices. During the training sessions workers are screened for good safety behaviors and must exhibit a thorough knowledge of job site safely and accident prevention plans.
Before being assigned to a job site, workers must complete an additional training session addressing project specific safety requirements. Workers must demonstrate a high level of safety competency, as well as their understanding of the required policies and principles. Once a project is underway, we conduct job site safety audits to ensure compliance and to identify any possible additional training that might be needed.

OUR COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY PROGRAM IS BASED ON A 3-PRONG APPROACH INCLUDING:
We maintain our current Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of .65 by using proven techniques including written injury and incident prevention programs, specialty training, job site safety meetings, and job site audits. Safety Plans are customized for each project by identifying site specific hazards and providing solutions to job site supervisors and employees.
